My wife and my pastor sang "The Church" as a duet Palm Sunday at our church. It seemed to go over well, which surprised me a little bit, being at a church where I doubt five other people in the congregation had ever heard the song, or even of DW. The pastor took the chords and transferred it to a very nice piano version, with my wife doing the backup.

When I first heard DW, that was my initial favorite. He did so much to explain the sacraments of the church--and it flies so beautifully in the face of the "private" Christian mentality. I've met believers who honestly believe they can celebrate communion by themselves around a campfire or on the beach with just one or two people.
