Okay, I get that this song is about Virtual Reality (computer code being just zeros and ones) but what is the song ABOUT? Like, an experience, a theme, or just about living in illusion?

yeah binary code was my first thought as well...so it could mean that we are all apart of a bigger plan... look at us individually and it is just 0's and 1's....but put together can make something amazing (say linux) or crappy (say windows)
btw....
